Your records
Moving locations, dates, rooms, box numbers, items, quantities, notes, statuses and attached photos are stored on your device for recording, search, display, export and restoration. No account is required. The app does not automatically upload these records to an operator server.
Camera and photos
The camera is used for box photos and QR scanning. The photo library lets you select attachments. Photos are copied and compressed within the app. Text recording and search work without photos. Manage permissions in device settings.
QR, exports and backups
QR labels identify a box without embedding its contents, photos or address. The scanning device needs the matching record. PDF, CSV and photo-inclusive ZIP exports are created at your request. You choose their destinations. ZIP backups are not password encrypted. There is no automatic sync service. Cloud destinations have their own policies; device-wide backups depend on your OS and settings.
Retention and deletion
Records remain until you change or delete them. Some unused photo files may remain after a photo is replaced or a record deleted. To remove all local app data, first save any needed backup, then use the OS Delete App option. Offloading can retain data. Remove exported, shared and device-backup copies at their respective destinations.
Support and external services
Your email address, message and attachments are used to answer support requests and investigate issues. Avoid sending unnecessary addresses or photos of belongings. Email is processed through the email services used for correspondence. Purchases are processed by the App Store; the app does not ask for card details.
This website
This site includes no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or cookie-based tracking. When serving pages, the hosting provider may process IP addresses and access times for delivery and security. Following App Store or email links brings you to services with their own privacy policies.
