1. 規約への同意1. Agreement
本規約は「布どり - 布小物と生地計算」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意できない場合は、本アプリを利用しないでください。These terms govern your use of “Nunodori: Fabric Planner” (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. 本アプリの内容2. What the App provides
本アプリは、布小物づくりの材料準備、長方形裁片を中心とした用尺計算と配置、制作手順、作品記録、PDF・CSV・JSON・ZIPの書き出しを支援するツールです。The App helps with material preparation, estimates and layouts mainly for rectangular fabric pieces, guided making steps, project records, and PDF, CSV, JSON and ZIP exports.
収録される図解は制作を助ける説明用であり、実寸型紙や専門家による個別指導ではありません。Included illustrations are instructional aids. They are not full-size printable patterns or personalized professional instruction.
3. 購入と支払い3. Purchase and payment
本アプリはApp Storeで提供される買い切りアプリです。現時点で、サブスクリプションやアプリ内購入はありません。価格、課金、領収書、返金、ファミリー共有などは、購入した地域のApp StoreとAppleの条件に従います。The App is offered as a one-time purchase on the App Store. It currently has no subscription or in-app purchase. Pricing, billing, receipts, refunds and Family Sharing are governed by the App Store and Apple’s terms in your purchase region.
4. 用尺計算と裁断レイアウト4. Fabric estimates and cutting layouts
計算結果と自動配置は、材料準備の目安です。最小使用量、完成、安全性を保証するものではありません。Calculations and automatic layouts are planning estimates. They do not guarantee minimum usage, completion or safety.
実際に必要な生地は、実幅、布端、柄方向、地の目、縮み、斜裁、接ぎ、折り、裁断方法、縫製方法、誤差などで変わります。購入・裁断前に、型紙、作品仕様、生地表示と実測値を確認し、必要な余裕を加えてください。Actual fabric needs vary with usable width, selvage, print direction, grain, shrinkage, bias cuts, joins, folds, cutting and sewing methods, and measurement error. Before purchasing or cutting, check your pattern, project requirements, fabric label and actual measurements, and add suitable allowance.
5. データ、バックアップ、書き出し5. Data, backups and exports
- データは原則として端末内に保存されます。端末の故障、紛失、交換、アプリ削除に備え、必要に応じて写真付きZIPバックアップを作成してください。Data is generally stored on your device. Create photo-inclusive ZIP backups as needed in case of device loss, failure, replacement or App deletion.
- CSV・JSONは写真ファイルを含みません。写真を含む移行にはZIPバックアップを利用してください。CSV and JSON exports do not include photo files. Use a ZIP backup when transferring photos.
- 共有、印刷、「ファイル」への保存後のデータ管理は、ユーザーと選択したサービス提供者の責任となります。After sharing, printing or saving to Files, you and the selected service provider are responsible for the exported data.
6. ユーザーが追加する内容6. Content you add
ユーザーが入力した文章、数値、写真などの権利はユーザーまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。第三者の著作権、肖像権、プライバシーその他の権利を侵害する内容を追加、共有または配布しないでください。Rights in text, numbers and photos you add remain with you or their lawful owner. Do not add, share or distribute content that infringes another person’s copyright, image rights, privacy or other rights.
7. 知的財産7. Intellectual property
本アプリ、デザイン、文章、収録イラスト、ソフトウェアに関する権利は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。法令で認められる場合を除き、無断で複製、再配布、販売、改変、解析しないでください。Rights in the App, design, text, included illustrations and software belong to us or their lawful owners. Except where permitted by law, do not copy, redistribute, sell, modify or analyze them without permission.
8. 提供内容の変更8. Changes and availability
品質、安全性、OS対応、法令対応のため、機能、収録内容、対応環境を変更する場合があります。重要な変更は、可能な範囲で本ページまたはアプリ内で案内します。We may change features, included content or supported environments for quality, safety, operating-system compatibility or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App where reasonably possible.
9. 保証と責任9. Warranty and liability
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。適用法令で認められる範囲において、本アプリの計算、図解、記録、書き出しが、すべての生地、型紙、制作方法、端末環境で完全または中断なく動作することを保証しません。消費者として法律上認められる権利を制限するものではありません。The App is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that calculations, illustrations, records or exports will be complete or uninterrupted for every fabric, pattern, method or device environment. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable consumer rights.
10. 規約の変更10. Changes to these terms
必要に応じて本規約を変更する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたはアプリ内で案内し、上部の更新日を変更します。We may update these terms when necessary. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App, and the date above will be updated.
