本規約は、リフォメジャー運営者（以下「運営者」）が提供するiOS／iPadOSアプリ「リフォメジャー」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 本アプリの目的
本アプリは、部屋寸法と商品仕様をもとに、クロス、床材、石膏ボード等の購入量の目安を計算し、材料リストや書類の作成を補助するツールです。
計算結果は目安であり、専門家による設計、施工、安全、構造、法令、見積りまたは発注判断に代わるものではありません。
2. 購入と利用権
本アプリはApp Storeで提供される買い切り型アプリです。購入、再ダウンロード、返金、ファミリー共有等には、Appleおよび利用地域のApp Storeの条件が適用されます。
3. 利用者の確認事項
- 購入・施工前に、商品の実寸、梱包仕様、ロット、柄合わせ、施工方法、現場条件を確認してください。
- 価格、税、配送費、施工費、在庫等は本アプリの計算に含まれない場合があります。
- 重要なデータは、機種変更や再インストールの前にバックアップしてください。
4. 禁止事項
法令または公序良俗に反する利用、本アプリや第三者の権利を侵害する行為、サービスの運営を妨害する行為、適用法令で認められる範囲を超えた解析・改変・不正利用を禁止します。
5. 知的財産権
本アプリ、ウェブサイト、文章、画像、ロゴ、デザインその他のコンテンツに関する権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
6. 保証および責任の範囲
運営者は、計算結果の完全性、正確性、特定目的への適合性、常時利用可能性を保証しません。適用法令で認められる範囲において、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた損害について責任を負いません。法令により制限できない責任は除きます。
7. 変更・中断
運営者は、品質向上、保守、法令対応その他の必要に応じて、本アプリまたは本規約の内容を変更し、提供を一時中断または終了する場合があります。

These Terms govern your use of RefoMeasure (the “App”), an iOS/iPadOS application provided by the RefoMeasure Operator (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the App
The App helps estimate quantities of wallpaper, flooring, plasterboard, and other renovation materials from room dimensions and product specifications, and helps prepare material lists and documents.
Results are estimates. The App is not a substitute for professional design, installation, safety, structural, legal, quotation, or purchasing advice.
2. Purchase and licence
The App is offered as a one-time purchase through the App Store. Apple’s terms and the terms of the App Store in your region apply to purchases, re-downloads, refunds, Family Sharing, and related matters.
3. Your responsibilities
- Confirm actual dimensions, packaging, batches, pattern matching, installation method, and site conditions before purchasing or installing materials.
- Prices, taxes, delivery, labour, and stock may not be included in calculations.
- Back up important data before changing devices or reinstalling the App.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use the App unlawfully, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the App or related services, or analyse, modify, or misuse the App beyond what applicable law permits.
5. Intellectual property
Rights in the App, website, text, images, logos, designs, and other content belong to us or the relevant rights holders.
6. Warranty and limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that calculations will be complete, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or continuously available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Changes and suspension
We may change the App or these Terms, or temporarily suspend or discontinue the App, when reasonably necessary for improvements, maintenance, legal requirements, or other operational reasons.
