設定の「データ」からZIPバックアップを作成し、ご自身が管理できる保存先へ保管してください。
Create a ZIP backup from Settings > Data and save it to a destination you control.
データを削除するには
How to delete data
個別の記録はアプリ内で削除できます。端末内の全データはアプリを削除すると消去されます。外部に保存したPDF・CSV・ZIPは保存先から別途削除してください。
Delete individual records in the App. Removing the App deletes its on-device data. Exported files must be deleted separately.
アプリロックについて
About the app lock
設定からFace ID、Touch IDまたは端末パスコードによるロックを有効にできます。画面へのアクセスを制限しますが、記録や書き出したファイルを独自に暗号化する機能ではありません。
Enable Face ID, Touch ID or device passcode protection in Settings. This limits screen access but does not independently encrypt records or exported files.
PDF・CSV・ZIPの違い
PDF, CSV and ZIP
PDFは確認・印刷・共有用、CSVは一覧データ用、ZIPは写真を含む全データのバックアップと復元用です。
PDF is for review and sharing, CSV is for list data, and ZIP is for backing up and restoring all records and photos.
通知が届かない場合
If reminders do not appear
iOSの設定で本アプリの通知が許可されているか、予定の通知スイッチと日時が正しいか確認してください。
Check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings and that the reminder switch and date are correct.

Before contacting support
- App Storeで最新版へ更新してください。
- アプリと端末を一度終了して再起動してください。
- 問題が起きる操作手順と、表示された文言をお知らせください。
- 氏名、電話番号、病院名、病歴、薬、写真、PDF、バックアップをメールへ添付しないでください。
- Update to the latest version from the App Store.
- Restart the App and the device once.
- Describe the steps that cause the issue and any message shown.
- Do not email names, phone numbers, provider names, medical history, medications, photos, PDFs or backups.
