1. Your use of Vellocap
These terms describe Vellocap’s features, purchase options, website, and support. The app is provided by the developer identified in the App Store listing. You can contact the developer at CnhookWuaizhen@gmail.com.
The app’s software license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different license is presented with the app in the App Store. This page supplements the product and support information and does not replace Apple’s license terms or your mandatory consumer rights.
2. Record and share responsibly
Only record, edit, or share content when you have the necessary rights and permissions. Obtain any consent required for your recording. You are responsible for the material you capture and how you use it, including respecting privacy, copyright, and applicable recording laws.
Vellocap does not bypass protected-content restrictions or another app’s recording limitations. Screen capture depends on Apple’s system controls, available storage, device performance, and the content being recorded.
3. Free features and PRO
Free recording and playback do not have an app-imposed two-minute cutoff. Free editing and new exports require both the original source and the output video to be at most two minutes. Free exports include a Vellocap watermark.
PRO removes that editing/export duration restriction and allows watermark-free exports. Device, storage, system, and supported-format limitations still apply. PRO does not promise features that are not offered in the app.
The current app may offer a monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. Available plans, local prices, and purchase details are shown in the app and Apple’s confirmation screen before purchase.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Monthly PRO
A monthly subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before renewal. Payment is charged through your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. To avoid the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal charges may occur within the last 24 hours of that period.
Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally remains until the end of the paid period. A verified refund, revocation, or subscription expiry may end access. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Lifetime PRO
Lifetime PRO is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the PRO features offered by Vellocap without recurring subscription charges. It is subject to Apple’s purchase and license terms and does not guarantee future products or indefinite operating-system compatibility.
Buying lifetime PRO does not automatically cancel an existing monthly subscription. Cancel that subscription separately if you do not want it to renew.
Management, restoration, and refunds
Manage subscriptions in your device’s Settings under your Apple Account, or use the subscription-management option in Vellocap. Apple explains how to cancel a subscription.
Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for purchase to recover eligible PRO access. This restores purchase access, not recordings or deleted media. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests; see Apple’s refund instructions. Refund eligibility depends on Apple’s policies and applicable law.
5. Your files and backups
You retain any rights you have in your recordings. Using Vellocap does not transfer ownership of that content to us. The app stores recordings and edits locally and does not provide a developer-operated cloud video backup.
Export important files before removing the app, replacing your device, or clearing data. Interrupted capture, lack of space, hardware problems, or damaged files can affect a recording. Recovery is not guaranteed. Copies exported to other apps or services must be managed in those destinations.
6. Privacy and outside services
Our Privacy Policy explains local processing, optional permissions, purchase verification, website requests, and support emails.
Apple services and any destination you choose for sharing are separate services with their own terms and policies. Vellocap is not endorsed by Apple, and we do not control third-party apps or their availability.
7. Availability and changes
We may update Vellocap to fix issues, support operating-system changes, or improve features. The app’s functions can depend on compatible hardware, the installed operating-system version, permissions, and available device resources. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Warranty and liability provisions for the app are set out in the applicable software license. Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits obligations we have under applicable consumer law.
8. Questions and updates
