Your records stay local. Here is what that means, and what happens when you contact us or share a file.
1. Scope and contact
This policy explains information handling in Sonae Tsuzuri (the app) and this website. The app provider is identified in its App Store listing. Privacy contact: CnhookWuaizhen@gmail.com.
2. Information stored on your device
The app stores household counts, supply targets, item names, quantities, dates, storage locations, item photos, emergency bags, recorder names, usage and replenishment history, and language and notification settings on your device. This supports inventory management, calculations, reports and reminders. Family names and contact details are not required.
No account is required. The app does not automatically upload your inventory to a developer server or provide automatic family cloud synchronization. It does not include its own advertising, behavioral tracking or analytics SDKs.
3. Photos, camera and notifications
When adding an item photo, you may choose an image or grant camera access. An imported copy is stored locally. If enabled, reminders are scheduled through the device notification system. Item names may appear on the lock screen; adjust notification previews if needed.
You can change permissions in OS settings. Basic inventory management remains available without these permissions, but the corresponding photo, camera or notification features will be limited.
4. Exports, backups and sharing
PDFs, CSVs and backups containing photos are created when you request them. You select the destination or recipient. Backup files do not have app-specific encryption, so choose their storage and recipients carefully.
Files saved to iCloud or other services, OS device backups and sharing destinations are governed by their providers’ terms. Depending on OS settings, app data may be included in a device backup. This is separate from automatic family synchronization, which the app does not provide.
5. Support correspondence
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. We use this information to reply, investigate issues and make necessary follow-up contact. Our email provider, Google/Gmail, processes delivery and storage. Please avoid sending entire backups or unnecessary photos containing personal information.
We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed for these purposes or legal obligations, then delete information no longer needed. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We cannot access inventory records stored only on your device.
6. Purchases and external services
Apple handles App Store transactions. The app does not receive your credit card details. Apple’s collection of purchase and diagnostic information is governed by its settings and policies. Diagnostics you authorize Apple to share may be made available to the app provider.
7. This website
This website has no contact form, advertisements, external analytics or tracking cookies. Email links open your mail application. External destinations, including the App Store, have their own policies.
The server or hosting provider may process IP addresses, access times, requested URLs and browser information in access logs for delivery and security. This information is separate from your app inventory records.
8. Managing and deleting data
You can edit or delete records in the app. Deleting the app normally removes its local data; offloading an app retains data. Separately delete exported files, original photos and OS or cloud backups if desired. You are responsible for retaining backups you may need to restore.
9. Disclosure and changes
We do not sell support correspondence or use it for advertising. We do not disclose it to third parties except to service providers needed for support, with your consent, or where legally required. If our services or practices change, we will update this page and its date, and provide appropriate notice of significant changes where required.
